As the track progresses, a heartbeat rhythm becomes increasingly prominent, designed to mirror that chilling sensation when something eerie is slowly, inexorably coming closer. I wanted this track to be almost unpleasant toward the end, as though you’re facing down something you’re not supposed to see, hear, or feel.
