A New Life for a Dark Adventure
Phantom Streets (Reworked) isn’t just a remaster — it’s a re-exploration. I’ve taken the tracks from my very first album and rebuilt them from the inside out. Each one has been extended, polished, and restructured to better tell the story that was always hiding underneath: a descent from playful excitement into something darker, stranger… and far less safe.
From Joy to Dread
The album starts light. There’s movement, rhythm, and the thrill of something new. But as the tracks progress, the atmosphere begins to shift. What felt like a simple adventure becomes something deeper — haunted streets, broken pulses, eerie silhouettes. By the end, the optimism has faded into reflection, and you’re left changed by the journey.
Why Rework the Album?
I hesitated. Reworking something so personal felt risky. But as I revisited the tracks, I realized how much I’d grown — as a composer, a producer, and a storyteller. These new versions don’t erase the original intent; they honor it. They bring out the emotions more clearly, the pacing more deliberately, and the tension more viscerally. I’m proud of what the album has become.
